Bios:
Constança Belchior is an entrepreneur and co-creator of systemic change processes.
She is co-founder of Lúcida, a change management organization guided by a living systems worldview. With a background in life sciences, she was a knowledge worker in support of sustainability policies in Portugal, Brazil and the EU. Now at Lúcida her focus is to help people and organisations go beyond “doing sustainability” to regenerate how they make sense and meaning of their realities in line with how life works on this planet.

He is co-founder of Lúcida, a change management organization guided by a living systems worldview. A “recovered” economist, he started training youth educators around the world in experiential, collaborative learning methodologies. He is committed to resource people and entities, with curiosity and care, supporting their development and contribution to a just transition that harmonizes human activities with nature.
